Our Policy
Critiq Media has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Content that sexually exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform, including any material that depicts, describes, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
There is no circumstance in which such content is acceptable, and no exception to this policy exists anywhere in the app.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Moderation and Detection
All user-submitted content, including reviews, comments, and profile text, is screened by automated moderation before it is published to the community.
Accounts and content flagged for potential child safety violations are reviewed and removed as a priority above all other moderation matters.
We continually improve our moderation tools and procedures to detect and prevent prohibited content from appearing on the platform.
Reporting and Enforcement
Users can report any post or profile directly in the app using the built-in reporting feature, and can reach our team any time through the Contact page. Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority.
Upon identifying content that violates this policy, we permanently remove the content, terminate the responsible account, and bar the individual from creating new accounts.
Where legally required or appropriate, we preserve and report relevant evidence to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and we cooperate fully with their investigations.
Age Requirements
Critiq Media is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age, in accordance with our Terms of Service. We do not direct the service to children under 13, and accounts believed to belong to children under 13 are removed.
Contact
If you believe a child is at risk or you encounter content that violates this policy, report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools or the Contact page so our team can act without delay.
